For those with an attention span greater than 21 seconds...here's the full speech...
Biden summarized the impact of Roe's overturning on women all over the country, both today and for the future...he outlined his Executive Order and signed it.
Handled it very well and got the message across clearly...especially to the women of America...
But if you're the kind of viewer who is easily duped with a spliced and doctored video...like the recent "...He put the Medal of Honor on Backwards!" clip...you'll jove this one.

He spent more time eulogizing Robert Byrd. As far as his insurrectionist speech about SCOTUS today,
he mislead people as to the ruling. The court's opinion did not say that abortion was illegal, it did not say that abortion was legal, what it did say was that there is nothing in the Constitution that either supports or denies abortion. Thereby, it is a matter for the states pursuant to the 10th Amendment or the congress.
I am not going to argue the policy issue; the SCOTUS does not and cannot make policy, but the fact is that one party holds the power of two of the three equal branches and that party holds the presidency, the house and the senate.
I think his calling out the SCOTUS as making bad policy is as much as calling for insurrection in that the SCOTUS is a co-equal branch of government. He is saying that the SCOTUS has done something that it does not have the power or authority to perform, that is a far cry from our system and setting policy is not within the realm of the SCOTUS.All of you folks have a nice weekend and those of you in NYC stay alert around those Bodegas.
No more calls to Holly for kitchen clean-up. RIP old faithful companion.-

Not being a lawyer, I note that before Jun. 24th, abortion was legal throughout the U.S., now it's
not...I have to believe that the those six Justices did their homework and were aware of why Roe v. Wade came to be...i.e. pure chaos amongst the states, with essentially zero chance of getting a legislated compromise...they knew what they were doing...they have consigned all females in this country today...and in for generations to come...to a life of fear...don't try to put lipstick on this one.
Our SCOTUS is paid to make wise judgements for the benefit of the entire country...they chose "Poorly".

I'm not sure if you recently awoke from a coma, but Joe Biden's entire public life has included
a looooong string of "Malapropisms"...it's who he is and always has been...largely due to his having to deal with a stuttering problem...
btw, the American public was able to see these slips in speech when he was V.P. for eight years...yet they chose him to be President by 7M votes!...where have you been all this time? ;-)...are you just a slow learner?

You’re in total denial. Needed a notecard to tell him how to enter a room, where to sit and what
reporters to call on has nothing to do with a stutter. Keep telling yourself everything is normal.

Ok, I'm back...let's start with you, Ned...did you watch my full length video of the MOH ceremony vs
the clip that so many here were guffawing about?...proven fraudulent...a bunch of folks here fell for it...case closed on that one.
As for the "Cue Card" photo...after watching so many of Joe's speeches, press conferences and interviews, with no tele-prompters, he's consistently given. cogent responses w/o any "Cue Cards" either...today's speech was solid as well with appropriate emphasis, etc...now you want me to believe he needs a cue card to navigate and speak?...btw, we all agree that "card" would be incredibly insulting to anyone...and you believe, after all I've referenced, that Joe mindlessly accepts that insolent "YOU" all over the card?...my logic tells me "NO"...your desire to throw whatever 'Shade' you can find on him...accurate or not (e.g. the MOH clip)...says you don't care if it's true or not....or....someone is trying to "get even" for the Guardian's expose of Trump's "Cue Card"...(see link)...or someone is making a business out of selling their services to 'both sides' ...who knows what's going on with that.
But that's just my take on this little distraction from a notable Executive Order Biden signed dealing with a super serious issue.
btw, I did take part of the day off...I feel my new swing thought is going to work just fine.

Three words..."Chain of Custody"...ask any of the attorneys on this board what that means for Hunter
Biden's laptop...plus the forensic analysis that was done by the NY Times, I believe...I'll give you an "A+" for 'dogged' persistence ;-).
As for Sam and his dogs...have you found any convictions for pedophilia yet?
-
Level 11
Don't need to ask. You should stick with "not being a lawyer..."
I have a feeling the reality of the laptop is going to become very clear to you after the midterms. The press is starting to ask questions about it now.
He supports a pedo website. Again....midterms.
"It’s always a wonder how you all are experts in everything." jimbasil 6/26/2022-
Level 12
Translation: "I don't want to find out I'm wrong about Hunter's laptop"...anyone who refuses to
investigate a legitimate concern like "Chain of Custody", which btw, was emphasized in the NYT series on this issue, demonstrates a lack of "Intellectual Integrity"...but then I'm guessing you don't know what that is either and won't research it...others who read this thread, however, probably know both terms already and can form their own opinion of you...you don't have to be this way...all it takes is a willingness to learn more than you currently know, or believe.
Now, as for Sam Brinton and "Rentboy"...you need to read his Op-Ed...all of it...and when you do, you'll get a glimpse of what life is like for today's LGBTQ community. The center point of all things LGBTQ is "SEX"...it would be very nice if it weren't, but it is, and Sam being quite public about his own situation empathizes with the plight of fellow 'members'. When sex is involved, there's going to be the 'baggage' of "Sex Work", or prostitution...even in the 'Straight' community (see link)...so, it gets "complicated"...note that even in the U.S., prostitution is legal and regulated in Nevada.
No one on the sexual preference spectrum should ever support 'sex trafficking'...i.e. coercion and control of unwilling participants...on that score, Sam noted in the Op-Ed that he didn't know if the website had broken the law...the fact that he mentions this caveat implies he would not support it...and turned his focus on the 'real world' as he sees and knows it for LGBTQ "young adults"...his term.
My take from his Op-Ed is that the "Root Cause" for LGBTQ young adults getting caught up in such behavior is because their families have rejected them and left them virtually no other option...maybe you can shed some light on that opinion.
Bottom line...Sam Brinton is a very smart and successful nuclear technologist who has never harmed anyone...and no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to disprove those facts...hating and discriminating won't make you or the situation any better.

Why are people investigating the laptop then Ty?
If it's a complete fake. You're insane. And you enable pedophiles. This is what Chris does. Don't attack the proof. Attack who gave you the proof. You're wrong.
"Hunter Biden's team has produced no evidence of alterations to the drives that have leaked.
Several news outlets, including the New York Times and the Washington Post, have reported in recent months that they have authenticated some of the files and correspondence contained on the laptop that made news in 2020."

re: Hunter's laptop...
Haven't really heard much about that recently...except from you ;-).., the NYT forensic analysis did indeed find verifiable data from him...BUT...they also found large volumes of material that are UNACCOUNTED for...plus files that had been added AFTER the laptop had been "turned over"...are those files Hunter's?...or are they the work of "saboteurs" bent on creating a false narrative? That's the problem...some person, or persons were messing with that laptop, and that makes the whole 'caper' very suspicious...ergo, the term "Chain of Custody"...
You'd do well to wait for the FBI to finish their work...but of course that's not going to happen...just thought I'd help you...and others have a fuller understanding.

Feel free to judge on style and diction...I'm way more interested in SUBSTANCE...something that is
woefully lacking with many anti-Biden posters here. Joe's understanding of the damage being done, along with the options available to him, as well as his obvious commitment to resolving the issue is fully apparent to me...very glad he's in the Oval Office.

Please, Joe, terminate your presidency and save our lives. 🤣2. " The fastest way to restore Woe."
