They seemed so classy in the past. you imagine being over the age of 40, or any age, for that matter, and willingly attending a Kid Rock concert?

He's back to his roots: sucking in a hybrid-genre.

Did 18k in attendance throw things at the stage or just 18 drunks?

LOL. His bar is the place to be in Nashville. I was there early, and left late.

Were they mad about Kid Rock not going on or having to watch Night Ranger for 2 hours?

They did a 2 hour version of "Sister Christian" followed by "Louie Louie" then called it a night.

What's not to love?

I've picked up over the years that there is a group of Republican classic rockers, including the ones who made up Damn Yankees, and the lead singer of Night Ranger was among them, along with Tommy Shaw. I think some others include part of Aerosmith, the lead singer from Grand Funk Railroad, Rick Derringer, Hagar, Alice, and possibly a few others. I suspect Dave Mason is, given all his charitable work for vets.

In Indy State Fair 2011, Sugarland was ready to go on when the stage collapsed killing 7 fans.

Lawsuits ensued. It was a high wind, thunder storm weather related tragedy.
