Getting illegals across the border, getting them id's so they can vote is more important to the Demo

Non citizens must apply for SSNs to complete I-9/W-4 forms.
Employeess on Intracompany visas, training visas, temporary visas, refugees, those seeking asylum, etc all apply for SSNs. It does not make them citizens, and the cards are clearly marked as such.
