This just highlights the rainbow chasing of developed countries thinking that their sacrificing liv
ing standards will have some impact on weather. They can't forecast the temperature from day to day and yet they believe "guess work" into the "box of multiple scenarios" and "guess work" out is an ability for controlling the climate. Fook me.
