One wonders how things might change in our justice system if more of these were televised on a routine basis. Not just in mass murder cases or murder cases at all, but in sexual assault cases, in cases where someone points a loaded at another's head or belly, in home invasion cases, in unprovoked assault cases. It might produce more unsophisticated, unenlightened thinking.
