If you’re obese, fine but don’t think it’s good for you and don’t say it doesn’t matter.
“Have you ever seen a fat 90 year old?”
Link: It’s not difficult science. Stop eating.
I agree with the message of exercise and good diet. I swim most days, and feel great about it.
But there seems to be some considerable hypocrisy about the shaming from the Left on this.

Have fun trainspotting.

Every year my doc gets after me. I don't look particularly heavy but according to the ol' BMI I could stand to drop some LBs. He recommended just skipping lunch or just having some fruit. Revolutionary!

The sad part is you don't have the brain power of a gnat.
look fat does it does not necessarily mean you are not obese.

Things these days. Would you be ok if an overweight person identifies as thin? You guys like also think that is ok so why not this?
It does mean something - I'm sure you can figure it out. Maybe not. But in the end it's possible we can redefine what it is to make you
appear smart, GUP.
Why can’t you just accept a person for who they are and not what they look like or the choices they make? Sounds wrong to me. I have friends of all sizes. It doesn’t make them a bad person.
However, if you'd like me to fat shame, I'd be happy to.
Not long ago (actually over 30 yrs ago) I went into McDonalds fast food joint and ordered a Big Mac and a medium soda.
Me not being even close to overweight had no issues with that. The very large woman XXXXL in the line next to me
ordered several burgers and several orders of fries and 1 large diet coke. I stood there, diminished by her size, staring at her.
She looked at me and said in her shortness of breath - the exact quote here - "I'm hungry".
I said something like, "good thing you ordered a diet coke to go with your order."
It's always a wonder when riding the subway on a busy day, where there is very little room between two people available for a small
child maybe, an obese person will ask in a demure tone, excuse me, can I sit there please. In my head I think, why not stand and burn
a few calories?
How'd I do?
I get why you’re so angry all the time. You hold it in and there are times, like this story, where it just pours out of you. Were you proud of this comment? Did it make you feel like a bigger person?
else's opinion on the subject.
There is a difference. So how about sometime in the next millennium you post on the thread's subject instead of
making up your own set of facts and biases.
Truly are in real life. If we typed that out, I can’t imagine the names you would call us. But you be you. Little at a time, you show your true colors.

Let these heave people live their life and don’t judge them. If they want to eat McDonalds every day, so be it. Their life, let them live it.

Funny how that works. But you constantly prove Barons rules are dead on the money.
They'd still be fat or obese.
I'm not sure why you're so upset about the LGBTQ community tries to offer new pronouns to define themselves.
Have a problem that causes them to gain weight. It’s no reason to make fun of them.
But you, you and your group here always making fun of those in the LGBTQ community for no apparent reason
other than you're all homophobic (and that is for no apparent reason). Other than this thread, how often would you say
I mention, talk about, make as a subject the obese community?
I bet it sits at about 2. Out of 46K + posts, I'd say it's nothing like your continued daily hate posts on the gay community.
In life, I try not to fat shame - I try to encourage the overly large to rethink their dietary habits. Fruit instead of doughnuts.
It’s hard to change being so hateful towards people.
