I was surprised re the timing.
I did sense there were locker room issues. Players have not been consistent on the pitch.
The undoing happened when Boehly made Tuchel the point person re the transfer market, which puts a manager in an awkward spot.
Best to keep the transfer business separate from coaching the players.
It appears Brighton's manager is the likely successor.
