not sure about the medical records and passports, but as for tax records, they could be evidence related to 'another crime' involving DJT...apparently the items were "in plain sight" along with documents on the Warrant...per the attached link, the DOJ has been through this before, let's hear what they have to say, in due course.

1) That's ridiculous on multiple levels. Particularly the level that the Biden FBI searchers (who kicked everyone else out) can't tell the difference between the documents that they claimed to be specifically looking for and old tax returns of Donald Trump.
2) Trump's medical records also are in no way able to be confised with Top Secret documents.
3) Interesting how the DOJ raced through to scour everything they collected before independent master was ruled upon.
4) Interesting that the same old leaks to the same old MSM sites has begun.
Ultimately, i think that both you and the Dems using the FBI against their opponent know that none of this will stick. Dems were on a fishing expedition, and thoguht that they found a plausible excuse to raid for the info they couldn't get in court for years.

PS - Have you noticed the backpedalling already from the DOJ/MSM leaks?
First it was Top secret nuclear information, maybe even codes.
