While I do not agree with her opinion, I suggest you read the case law before you opine

as to the legality. Since there are no women head coaches of men's BB teams, she is on pretty safe ground here.

Her reasoning on her position. This is what great leaders do. When she first made the statement about not hiring any more men I thought to myself..’I wish she wouldn’t have said that’. But after listening to her reasoning she changed my mind. She is not just advocating for women, she is pushing the envelope. She is challenging everyone, including her own university. That’s how change comes about sometimes.

I fully expect this will create a different mindset for all universities in regards to their women’s programs. If so, what looks like discrimination against men will actually be justice for women.
