This is the biggest no-brainer among potential transfers. Tough, hard-nosed grad transfer whose final schools were Maryland and ND. Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year. Would add things that ND lacks. Give Wertz that redshirt year that he wanted now that he has a taste of ACC ball, and bring in Morsell.
