timetable when to bring in Martin Inglesby
I personally would like to handle it the way Purdue did with Painter.
Bring him in a year early and the transition will be better.

I like Ingelsby. That's a terrible idea. ND needs to implement a professional process for hiring
coaches. Hiring a former assistant basketball coach who hasn't accomplished much yet and hiring a head football coach because the kids want him is small-time, amateur stuff. The university needs to use dispassionate, third party consultants to help make these decisions, because the consequences can reverberate for years.
