There is a reason for the mass transfers out. There is a reason this staff could only get one commitment for the upcoming season. There is a reason why you probably won't see elite players in the portal coming this way anytime soon. I find it amusing and troubling that so much of the fan base gives Niele a free pass. It started with how she handled putting her staff together. Let me just say this, players roles are different but each player should be treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. When you shut players out with no line of communication and show favoritism it spells trouble. When you turn against players because they sought out advice from a hall of fame coach because they couldn't get answers from the staff that's a huge problem. Put the huge ego and chip on your shoulder away and do things the right way. The word is out. Kids and parents talk. Frankly, I've seen jr hi teams run better.
