Remember that prior to the return of Solomon and the arrival of Wyche, recruiting had returned to a dismal state and Brey spoke of the need to be more aggressive in recruiting, speaking of himself and his assistants, who were Humphrey, Ayers, and Balanis, at the time.

Find a young and hunry "go-getter."
