I'll be honest, I will be perfectly fine if Burton transfers.

First, it would make sense for him. Short of adding some high-quality transfers, ND will almost certainly be either mediocre or terrible next season. Teams with a chance to win it all will want him. Programs that will pay him more will want him.

Second, his deficiencies are in the areas ND has the most need. He isn't much of a distributor and consistently dribbles himself into trouble instead of passing the ball. He's also weak defensively, which is inexcusable, but he's allowed to do that. He needs to be somewhere where he's forced to do both.

He won't have that at ND.

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame

Not me. He is a great player. The best guard since David Rivers, a former first round pick. He will

shine with a little help. I hope this next recruiting class can give it to him. It looks like Sir Mohammad is a bit overrated.

Rivers averaged 22 points and 8 assists as a senior. 20 and 7 as a junior. Burton struggles to

get 3 assists in a game. Mind you, Rivers himself would tell you that he was a shoot-first guard. Still, he made his teammates better. Burton does not. It's that simple.

You have a very good point about making your teammates better, I just wonder if there is some

talent to make better. A great player makes his teammates better but there needs to be some talent. When they played Georgetown early in the year I was very positive but with Burton's injury they went downhill quickly. Everyone contributed in that Georgetown game.

Chebuhar changed that game. I have no idea why he disappeared from the floor.

plays as good as they look on paper, 20 wins is possible. Also stay away from the Ivy League unless it’s a big guy for rebounding and defense.

As long as he takes Shrews with him, fine by me.
