First of all, from the jump ball, it was clear Fort Wayne came motivated and ND did not. The interior play was so lackluster and the rebounding so soft, even from Towt, that Shrews put in MacClellan, effectively a practice player, for two or three minutes. He collected a couple rebounds. Haralson did nothing in the first half, but to his credit, he played aggressively in the second, and he and Imes were the only reasons ND was in the game. Credit to Imes on defense, in particular. He played well.
Every game, there are at least a couple turnover due to players throwing one-handed passes when they should be using both hands. The number-one offender for two years has been Braeden. I'll let that just sit there. Just as John MacLeod insisted that his players wear jock straps, he also insisted on two-handed passes. Shrews should return to at least one of those.
