ND Men are last in the ACC standings. How much longer can Shrews last?

Most of us think he should be fired immediately.

I originally thought he would get two more years after this year.
Now I don’t see him getting any more than one more year after this year.

His body of work at ND is appalling.

Guess Pete is happy with Shrews.

With NIL and the current state of affairs, I very sadly think top level competitive basketball at ND is essentially over.

I think Shrews was the last shot…and I think Savvy Jack misfired badly.

I will be happy if I am wrong about this…

I too thought he would get at least 5 years.

But he has alienated the alumni and students. Attendance is down. He’s last in the ACC after 3 years.

If there are defections believe he gets just 4 years.

I actually don't think he will lose as many as most programs do.

I could see one of the freshmen (not Haralson), one of next year's seniors (not Burton), and one surprise transfer.

Between the fact that most of these kids really want ND degrees, and the fact that they seem to like Shrews, I don't foresee a great exodus, relatively speaking. I could be wrong. Losing often changes people's minds.

Why do you think Haralson wouldn't leave? I don't see any reason for him to stay.

He is paid very, very well and he would be hard-pressed to find a P5 school that would give him as

much latitude offensively as he receives at ND. He may just enter the draft and stay in. If he doesn't, I would be shocked if he left ND.
