First off, I like Micah as a person. He has a lot of passion, there's no doubt. I think he knows the game, but it just doesn't translate to how his team plays. Poor flow/motion/ball movement/spacing etc on offense and weak matador defense.
That said, I believe post-season, ND will outline specific (rather lofty) expectations for next year, for example, making the NCAA tourney.
We have a couple of talented players and a few guys coming in who could contribute. A couple more could hit the weight room and get tougher on D.
I think, if a few things fall our way, we could be much improved. If not, ND will/should move on from Shrews.

I predicted this earlier in the season, that if he has another losing season his recruiting classes will flee to other programs. Shrewsbury has not proven that he can actually produce wins with the talent he recruits.
