Mediocrity would imply at least playing .500
They aren't even close to mediocrity.
If he isn't done after today's loss to Boston College and the inevitable transfer of some of his recruits, I don't know what it would take.

This is what happens when you hire f’ing lawyers & TV executives as your AD instead of people who
have actual experience in this field.
Swarbrick hired 3 people who had ZERO HC experience to run the FB, MBB & WBB teams & as it stands he’s 1 for 3.
And let’s be honest….Swarbrick totally lucked out with Freeman & had absolutely no idea that MF would have the success he’s had so far even though Swarbrick will claim differently.
