And Swarbrick then picked low-hanging fruit so to speak while a few coaches under consideration had teams in this year's NCAA.

Shrewsberry isn't the answer 9 (duh!) but he inherited an empty cupboard(literally) by the time he got here.

For hiring someone who had 2 years HC experience and best record was 21-16?

Yeah, he had something to do with this.

A University that recruits on a 4 for 40 basis is not attractive to the 1 and done athlete.

ND can find a happy medium between the young men currently in our program and the "one-and -dones.' The majority of the guys I'm watching in the NCAAs right now aren't one-and-dones. We can do much better and not sell our soul.
