They dominated us nearly a decade under the Weis, willingham 8 year mess and now Brian has a 6-3 record against them

They've went through kiffin , sark, and now helton all hired by haden

I think Darth Poodle leaving and Brian Kelly becoming NDs coach brought USC back to a rivalry status, rather than a yearly excuse making event.

His decision this year to keep Helton while firing just about everyone else (no exaggeration) is going to hurt SC...The three assistants canned today (publicly) were Troy's three best recruiters.

Correct, SC lost the bulk of their recruiting talent, especially Martin.
