Early enrollees

Looks like 10 early enrollees as of now. . Any chance of more jumping on board and signing by 12/21.
Current list set to enroll early.

Why on earth would a punter need to early enroll?

This is getting out of hand. Wish the NCAA would step in to end this practice. Fat chance. At least let these kids enjoy their senior year in high school.

I would like to see the NCAA put an end to this practice also. Let the HS kids enjoy their sr year completely.

I think the biggest advantage for early enrolles is the opportunity to acclimate academically

The kid will need to start as a freshman.

Instead of just one summer class under his belt when fall comes, he will have a full semester to get used to the rigors of being a student athlete at ND. (The adjustment to college life is not immediate for everyone.)

Getting there early will give him a chance to get adjusted to the complexities of this offense that place a pretty heavy burden on a running back here, including pass blocking, pass route running, catching, etc.
