He's 18. You have no idea of his motivations. It's none of your business. Way to support a player who just committed to Notre Dame. And, he's only 18.

Already sounds like he likes being a teammate to me.

The path he chose required no maintenance, actually

Since he signed in December, the staff didn’t have to call him, worry about other schools calling him, or spend any time on his recruitment. He was in fold. Announcement or not, it doesn’t add to Notre Dame’s workload or allocation of resources. They just keep quiet and let him have his moment at his school.

I'm saying he has all the makings of someone high maintenance. I also find it difficult to believe

Not so. My take is, if they don't wanna be at ND, that's good for everyone.

Foskey seems like a thoughtful, mature kid. He certainly hasn’t done anything that would merit fan criticism.

This is his day to do his thing as he wants. ND staff probably knew he was committed to them. The last people that need to know is us. Another rush to judgement. Booo

No. He could not have announced at today’s ceremony back in December.

Like the other high profile recruit from his school he waited to go public until today’s ceremony at the school. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. He said throughout the process that his public announcement wasn’t going to happen until the ceremony. And if he did previously sign the LOI while waiting to make it public, that is actually a very mature way to handle it. It alleviated any worry ND might have about a last-minute flip. There is nothing that says “high maintenance” here, and your baseless criticism is ultra douchey.

And you are a giant douche to make that leap of logic to criticize the kid on signing day on a fan message board. Of course, you are the clown who predicted ND would lose six games in ‘18 . . . right? Even listed the six teams. You’re a joke.

decision? If ND fans are all about RKG's, his initial actions contradict that definition. I see a prima donna in the making. Might as well move him to WR. .Like I said, we'll see. I hope I'm wrong.
