Facts, first
Given the media's penchant for generating hype, instead of actually reporting the news, I'd like to see the facts of the case before pronouncing judgement on him.
There's certainly a chance that he is guilty of doing some bad things, just as there's a chance that he's being hung out to dry, or that he's a victim of the media's hype mongering. We shall see.
Too many people are jumping onto the bandwagon of getting a verdict in the court of public opinion before the facts come out these days...

This is probably a phony charge by the overzealous and racist police and will soon be dismissed at its first hearing. This sort of thing happens all too often. His crime was probably being Black after Midnight.
