Wimbush had a short career at UCF. 2nd game and he is on the bench.
What a great young man. Was hoping he would have some success at his new team. True Freshman passed him on the depth chart.

Was any explanation given? Wimbush was named starter just a couple of days ago.
Per the Orlando Sentinel, Wimbush was to start and both QBs were going to play.-

Heupel in post game press conference stated that Wimbush was not 100%
Would not discuss the specific injury and said they would have to see next week about his availability for Stanford.

Through 3 Quarters he had 245 yards passing, 2 passing TDS and 1 rushing TD
Now to start the fourth quarter Jones is playing QB. Maybe Wimbush got hurt Friday?-

Thursday coach said he would start and Saturday he doesn’t play. I guess we will find out whether it was injury or something else.

Gabriel threw 3 TD passes last week and played better than Wimbush
I still wish Wimbush had stayed at ND to back up Book if Jurkovec can’t get the job done-

Throwing 3 Td's against the backups in a BLOWOUT🤔🤔, Gabriel is very inaccurate granted he can throw Td's to guys 5 yds open he is about 4/15 passing!-

Actually he threw 2 of his 3 TDS in the first half last week.
Maybe they are just giving him as much playing time as possible to see if they want to red shirt him. Or maybe he is better than Wimbush. I guess time will tell.-

Yeah, . . they mixed him in early. And he played well.
Gabriel had an okay night tonight. 245 yards and two passing TDS. But let’s be honest, if Wimbush went 7/19 all we would be hearing about is his lack of accuracy. -
