From the dead link...I don't see what UCLA adds. TCU would be cool, though.

TCU is a great excuse to go to Texas. The Irish have only played TCU once, in 1972.

We haven't played Houston since 1978...and that was a pretty good game. Similarly, Florida in '91 was a great game. That would be an interesting team for a home and home.

Tennessee is another SEC team to schedule. What about the Mississippi schools? We haven't played them recently.

Colorado or Kansas State might be interesting adds to the schedule for home and homes. Missouri, South Carolina, Cal.

I'm looking at this site for FBS schools we haven't played in a while.

Is there anything more boring than Iowa football. There is little Pac 12 respect, and ND already

plays two teams from that conference. ND needs to add a Big 12 team and a SEC team to its schedule every year. That don't have to be OU and Alabama, but they need those measuring sticks when playoff discussions start.

I agree. That article just seemed like an author pushing some silly agenda

His one statement that Oregon could be ND's west coast trip on the years they don't go to Stanford. Did he just eliminate USC from the schedule. That is just having no grasp of what ND football is.

Tough crowd in here. Take it for what it is worth. Those would all be fun games.

Both authors. Auburn would be a killer game but they need to play SEC teams now and then.
