Hunter Spears
Any explanation of why he moved to OL? It seems we're pretty deep there (and DLs get hurt a lot). Here's to hoping that Franklin & Lacey don't get hurt.

We have more depth at DL than OL
I realize that is unfathomable to people that have followed ND a long time since its usually the other way around.
Right now its the OL where we have most of our injuries...3 starters out and 1 backup out.
Spears is probably a nose in Lea's defense where he'd be behind Hinish, Lacey and Franklin.
So...right now he's with the 2s on offense, but would be 4th team on defense.

its probably a combination of things.
Coming off an injury, lost some momentum (speed, size), and got lost in the shuffle (incredible depth along the D Line).
Also could be the kid saying "i see whats in front of me and I just want to play, where else can i provide an impact" kind of thing.
