So was it PI?

Just watching the GA. vs ND replay today and it reminded me to ask someone who might know. I thought that the last play by ND was unquestionably a PI on GA. as one defender grabbed his left pad as he tried to elevate...and thus could not. But a second defender slapped the ball away which is what everyone saw. I guess the PI was too hard to see, unless they thought Claypool only had a 4 inch vertical. He did fall down...likely as the result of being pulled down. Anyone know the correct call or see it differently? Would have made for more drama at the very least.

If you don't get caught it ain't pass interference. Did he commit it? Yes.
