I agree. I am in the epicenter (NYC). You hear ambulances all day and all night long. It's constant
Our hospitals, health care workers and EMTs are already overwhelmed. With virtually zero federal support (ie ventilators), we're basically fukt.

Yeah you hear sirens all day long in NYC but not ambulance sirens 247, plus streets are empty Creepy

Used to live in Manhattan as well and never heard sirens 24/7 - especially not ambulance sirens
Lived in various neighborhoods too - East Village, Murray Hill, and Upper West Side.
Even when I lived in Murray Hill near Bellvue Hospital it wasn't constant
