It should be a home and home series.

In general, over the past couple SS games, players have seemed rather excited about the chance to play in NFL venues. Fans like it too. The Lambeau game in particular was already a very sought after ticket. Doing this once each year has hurt nothing, and may have actually been a useful exercise.
Not that how the team feels about anything should matter at all, as I expect someone will object. But this and the Soldier Field game both actually probably do more to help than to hurt ND with potential recruits.
Did you guys think lights, boxes, turf, etc. were pretty dopey too? Is an upgraded locker room dopey? Or a training table?
Way to run with your own invented assumptions. I suspect you know where you can shove those.
I wasn't referring to Shamrock Series games in general or any other developments that players may enjoy.
I was referring to playing one of the most competitive games of the year as one of your "home " games on a field that will in effect register as more of a home field for one of the toughest opponents on the 2020 schedule.
Certain the players will enjoy the trip, the swag, and the NFL venue. More than a trip to the playoff?
