So, it does seem that we were holding back a bit on the long passing game.

Davis, McKinley & Skowronek - not stars, but they made enough plays... Maybe they become stars?

I think one reason Book is such a winner is he knows when to and when not to take shots

Against a team that sucks, the only way ND can lose is lots of turnovers. He knows that so he's much more conservative in those games. Against Clemson, he knew he had to hit some deep shots so he took them.

It might be a lot better if Johnson and Watts could run a few Go routes. I think they can manage.
