He's probably a hater when it comes to the University of Notre Dame, and is trying to reach for anything, hoping that the mainstream media will attack ND.
If that's the case, he picked an opportune time, since COVID hype, mainstream media hype, and a hatred of us is still quite prevalent.

They've always had a soft spot for Jimbo Fisher, seeing how they did their best to make Jameis Winston look like some innocent kid. They will never cut us the same slack.
I remember Demetrius Dubose getting crucified by the talking heads back in the early 90's, for having the contents of one beer in his stomach at a party, and the media making plenty of excuses for all of the Pell Grant fraud at Miami.
