Is it me, or is there an unusual amount of game delays lately in college football? TV time outs. Team time outs. Reviews. Officials huddles. More officials huddles. Judging by some of the review decisions I have seen, there should be reviews of the reviewers. The ball is at the ten yard line, you don't need 15 different camera angles to see that on further review.

College football players/coaches are living and breathing football 24/7.
Most refs are still working a normal 9 to 5 and taking off for the weekend to officiate a game.
I also have to imagine COVID is having an impact as well as refs are probably not able to prep like they normally would and I’m sure some have decided this year isn’t worth the risk.
Not to mention they review every play, which is stupid.
