Crawford did
He had his arm worked on by one of the trainers at the end of the 1st half, and it was a bit before Kyle Hamilton was ejected.
Crawford returned in the 2nd half to play, though, so I'm guessing he's still available. I'd rather he rest up during the Syracuse game, though.
