Sagarin's computer has Covid 19
Or some kind of illness. It ranks ND 13th and Iowa #3. IOWA?!! The weird season must be wreaking havoc on his motherboard. The Massey Compisite of computer rankings has ND #3. The computers love Ohio State so they come out as #2.
Normally, Sagarin's updated rankings for a weekend are posted by this time Sunday morning. Not today yet - perhaps anither sign his computer is failing. Even so, having those nonsensical rankings through last week is an embarrassment for him, IMHO.

I saw that article too.
I thought maybe he was just wrong, and that he might be the source of misinformation. But I tracked it down also through a composite site and saw it was accurate. I think Sagarin purposely makes it impossible to directly track his rankings week-to-week. 3-2 Iowa ahead of undefeated ND after ND beat Clemson pretty much invalidates his method in my mind.
I tracked it down, and you were right.
Seems crazy. Note: Penn State is currently top 25 (21st) per Sagarin at 1-5.
