I doubt the actions of previous coaches will factor at all into his decision.

Vandy sucks b/c the previous coaches made lots of mistakes. Playing the female kicker is the least of their problems.

If they want him, he'll go, and I'll wish him the best. Great coordinators rarely stay more than a few years b/c they get HC gigs elsewhere. It is what it is.
