Shades of ND 2017 for the 'Canes last night.

In 2017, one-loss ND went to Coral Gables with some playoff hopes, and went splat. 41-8. One of the most painful ND losses in recent memory, for me at least. Last night the 'Canes went into the game with UNC talking about getting "a lack of respect," and holding onto dim playoff hopes rated #10. "Splat" doesn't even cover what happened to them. UNC's offense embarrassed them. That was almost unbelievable. Couldn't happen to a better program.
