and stay for a long time and become a rich man.
No pressure.
Derek Mason survived 7 years with a 27-52 record, a whopping 32.9% winning percentage.
Nashville's a hot place to live and no more winters in The Bend.

James Franklin put together back-to-back 9 wins seasons at Vandy.
That was a springboard to Penn State after only three seasons with the Commodes. I agree that if Lea can rebuild Vandy into a point where they are a solid 7 to 8 win team, he'll likely have options beyond Vanderbilt.
