I would bet he takes someone from the ND staff if he has a strong relationship with them.

  He didn't leave over money but he used ND to get more for him. Elston burned too many bridges when he left ND.
  He's not the 1st one to use leverage to get more but it doesn't exactly endear one to a former employer, especially the way this one went down.
