All now signed, except for Diggs and Kia

I suspect Kia's letter should come in later today, since he's in Hawaii. Diggs, on the other hand, I'm not so sure.

I kind of expect Diggs to wait to sign. He should see how things shake out first

Sounds like Diggs is waiting. Reading between the lines a little, he tweeted "congrats

to his brothers and everyone who is signing today." I guess that isn't conclusive, but it kind of sounds like he's not signing today and is giving a shout out to those who are. So I guess we wait and see what shakes out. There will be a few stories to follow post early signing day.

There is some sense to both Diggs and Estime taking some time to sort things out. As a fan, though,

. . . I'd prefer they didn't, so long as the LOI is for ND. Nobody should forget that Ceyair Wright is not signing today. He's announcing in January. I think ND is a bit of a longshot there, but around the time of his 4-day "self-guided" tour of Notre Dame (Thanksgiving), the confidence levels in the 247 Crystal Ball projections for him to USC fell for "high" to "medium." Would love to get that kid to ND. Skills. Talent. He'd be one of the top four or five rated recruits in the class probably.

Kudos to Coach Kelly and staff the way they handled Clark Lea transition...

Looks like we will sign all verbals except maybe one RB (who hopefully we will keep) and we have done due diligence with other RBs. Now let's go out and beat Clemson!
