It is a cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about it is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.

Today's field turf feels pretty much the same as natural grass. As long as the grass field itself is well-maintained, I don't see this as a problem for us.

Now, if the field on which we are playing is in really shitty condition, then that could present an issue, but BoA stadium is usually taken care of very well, and it does drain very quickly for a grass field. There's a 35% chance of rain today in Charlotte, but Friday should be clear and dry.

I suspect that the field should be just fine for Saturday.
