it’s interesting how many recent USC RB, WR and QB have flamed out in the pros.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.

I remain dumbfounded that Sam Darnold sucks but Josh Allen is terrific.

Watch their college highlights and ignore their teammates. Both signed with terrible teams, and one is now the leader of a playoff team's good offense.

Well ignoring their teammates is why you would remain dumbfounded Darnold was vastly overrated by Mel Kiper and was above average at BEST...Besides Carson Palmer none of the USC QBs have amounted to a hill of beans.

I did not see Allen play but I thought Darnold amazingly overrated...way too many

interceptions and errant passes.

I never thought Darnold was great, but Allen was not good.

56% completion %, under 7 y.p.a. his senior year, and his team was 8-5 against the 95th ranked schedule.

Whatever there wasn't to like about Darnold, I never saw anything worthwhile about Allen.

Allen had good tools and heart.

Add that to some solid coaching in the NFL, and VoilĂ !

Darnold is a meth head, without the meth.

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame

When I saw Darnold play in person against ND, I didn't understand the to-do about him

Maybe he had a bad game but I couldn't figure out how the guy I saw play was the projected #1 or #2 qb in the draft.

What I saw was a qb who was bad in the pocket but great out of it. I haven't seen him play much in the pros so I don't know why he has had flopped to date. I'm sure being on a truly bad team didn't help. I look at Kizer and wonder if he hadn't been forced to play as a rookie, would he have had a chance.
