Weis got elite offensive recruits and Kelly does good getting top defensive recruits.

Haven’t had a QB better in years. Every backup QB at Bama and Clemson is better than any ND starter.

    But we all know they are a top 10ish QB and playmakers away from being a real NC contender. I am on record, not upset about this team. Still think they can win more but will not have the talent to win it all
