Yesterday's games confirmed that the elite talent is predominantly located in the Confederacy.

The game is a religious passion from Columbus, Ohio going south. For the rest of the country it has become a mere entertainment option in the fall.

Look at the Rivals five stars.... they are also predominantly from the other side of the Mason Dixon line.

If Notre Dame is content with being a perennial top 10 team it can go back on the path it was on. If it wants to compete for a championship it needs to become a fixture in southern football.

Elite coaches get elite players. We do not have an elite coach.

1 as a HC. 3 as a capable assistant.

Calling him a bozo is disingenuous.

Great! We should be able to hire him very soon.

Do you think he will be able to get the same level of recruits at ND as he's had in the past ?

We won’t spend the money. You know that.

As Paul Bear Bryant once said, “ I got to get me some of those boys” or something like that.
