Obviously he is divided. I'm guessing we are getting 50%, at best. Think about it...

1) Spend time trying to beat Alabama for ND, or

2) Spend time trying to improve your chances of long term success as a head coach.

Which would you choose?

He should be shown the door (with thanks and a congratulatory handshake, of course). The fact that he has not been shown the door means we are dependent on him, but the fact that he has not been shown the door does not mean we have his 100% attention.
