Not sure. Did see a video with a student videotaping himself saying "bye-bye T. Lawrence" to him.
Simple taunt, and shouldn't be that big of a deal, but it is kind of stupid, when you know a champion like Lawrence will just turn it into motivation.

I cringed when I saw that interview....
It's one thing to defend the win if that was the only change to prove his mettle but he knew he was playing them literally days after that interview. Just keep quiet and don't get trapped into giving bulletin board material. If Book didn't know that himself, then someone should have briefed him.

I did not see it. He did insist we beat Clemson because we played better. Hardly trash talking. Honestly, Skalski sounds like the kind of dick who would make something up like this. But maybe he isn't, and Book really said stuff that an objective person would say was 'trash' talking.

He also interviewed on air during the final Clemson game of the season. There's no sense in any of that, just play the game and talk when it's over if you're so compelled.

Totally agree...
we lost because we didn't capitalize on a strong opening quarter plus and allowed them to hit 3 blitz scores in the 2d quarter just like 2 years ago. With an inept offense, the game was over by half.
