The talent gap is too vast, no way can ND compete against a total football factory such as Bama. Three programs now have taken over CFB, and quite frankly, it's going to end the game as presently configured. When no other teams outside of Bama, Clemson, and OSU can compete against each other, how is that going to enhance the long term prospects of CFB??

You can't have a decade of mismatches and one or two team dominance and think anything good will come from that.

What I'm guessing is that a lot of P5 programs will be shutting down, and only a handful of schools will be elite...
