With all the Catholic HS in that state you would think ND could do a better job of getting its foot
in the door.
I think he was a definite for ND until LSU offered. Not easy to go into the bayou win that fight.
Even with LSU having a tough season. They are the 2019 champs. I'd like to see him at ND. He's a nice complement to Estime. But no shame on ND if he ends up staying down in LA.
You really think 4 or 5 star Loosiana kids want to go to north Indiana to freeze their sacks off and
take calculus when there are SEC offers to be had?

It's not Drago's in N.O., but they do a good job on Cajun Food. Etoufee isn't on the regular menu, but it comes up on special occasionally. The Gumbo, Shrimp-n-Grits, Fried Gator, and Po Boys are surprisingly authentic for this far north. Again, no one's going to confuse it with the Quarter, but it definitely scratches the itch.
Just sayin'.....
