He has been here with Kelly through all the good and bad times and he knows what works here and how things have to work here. He is the one Kelly says is clearly the most ready to HC a major program. If he can hire the very best DC and very best OC he possibly can and let them do their jobs and just make sure the program runs the way it should, he could be good.

I'd rather not spend another 20 years being terrible while some new coach tries to reinvent the wheel after this next coaching change (whenever that happens).
