I put the number at 7. That would be a significant upgrade.

I think 6 or 7 from my list will be Top 100 at the end of the year. Right now I think there are 6.
Rivals has nothing comparable that I have found. Try to look up a comprehensive list of ND prospects on Rivals.
In looking at Rivals, a realistic best case scenario would be for Notre Dame to pick up about 12 or 13 guys who are rated in Rivals top 250.
Of those 13, there will probably be;
4 linebackers
4 offensive linemen
2 running backs
Tyson Ford
Hopefully, a WR and/ or DB
I don't mention names specifically because Notre Dame seems to be in the running for several combinations of OL, LB, and RB prospects that they have a realistic shot at.
As far as WR and DB, they are in the running for a few guys in the top 250, but I don't feel as confident about those positions as a I do the others. That being said, there are still quite a few 4 Star players not in the top 250
that Notre Dame has a legitimate chance to land.

We all know that's your shtick though.
ND hasn't had as many as 7 in the top 100 since 2008. Hell, Clemson has had more than 4 once (maybe twice) in this century. So yeah, getting 7 players in the top 100 would be a big upgrade for Notre Dame.

I don't see us jumping into Top 5 recruiting in one or two years. Needs to be a sustained effort over a few years.

Tuihalamaka (LB)
Nwankpa (S)
Morris (WR)
Sneed (LB)
Singleton (RB)
1 of Rice/Booker/Brunner (OT)
Burnham (LB) or Ford (DE) make top 100
I think we get Cheeks (LB) who has an outside shot at making the top 100.
Just missing a QB.
