I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled out all of the stops to poach him.
Halfley will probably promise him a starting spot as a freshman, along with the usual "they're going to shift you to the inside and make you a DT, instead of a DE," etc.
That being said, I wonder how much of this visit may have been spurred by the Crystal Ball pointing Moore (Jason) to trending towards us?
